What we do

According to Data from Accenture, the ratio of women to men in tech roles has declined in the past 35 years. Out of 50% individuals in the industry, only 20% are women who are significantly represented, with only 14% in software engineering and 25% in computer science related roles compared to their male counterparts. Through structured programs, we seek to bridge the digital divide and create an inclusive ecosystem where women are represented across all roles in technology.

Digital Skills & Entrepreneurship Program

The Digital Skills & Entrepreneurship Program is a 6-week intensive training designed to equip women with in-demand technology and business skills to jump-start their careers or scale their businesses.
Participants will receive hands-on training in key digital fields, allowing them to either break into the tech industry or leverage technology to grow their businesses.
